Start paying attention to your language. Instead of saying “I am” statements that lock you into an identity, try “I’m learning to” or “I’m working on.” This simple shift acknowledges that you’re constantly growing and changing.

Embracing Your Complexity

The most interesting people are full of contradictions. You can be both outgoing and need alone time. You can love science and also write poetry. You can be strong and still ask for help. These aren’t conflicting traits – they’re what make you human.
